1. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase a test flight and agree to sign a waiver acknowledging the risks involved.

3. Intellectual Property All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Simtech Labs or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright and trademark laws.
4. Test Flight Purchase and Scheduling

• Availability of test flights is subject to change. Dates and times may need to be rescheduled, and availability is not guaranteed.

• Participants have an 18-month redemption period from the date of purchase to schedule and complete their flight.

5. Liability and Indemnification

• Participants accept all risks and agree to hold Simtech Labs harmless from any claims related to physical injuries or loss incurred during the test flight.

• Simtech Labs is not responsible for any personal property loss or damage during the test flight.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

• Flight bookings can be canceled up to [insert period] before the scheduled date for a full refund. Cancellations after this period are not eligible for refunds.

• Simtech Labs reserves the right to reschedule flights and will inform participants of any changes as soon as possible.
